Please complete the following items for team check-in by January 16th, 2025.

You will need to create your event roster by building it or by cloning it (Club Teams).

All players must also complete the online waiver. 

Please note that player’s cannot be approved unless they have completed the waiver.

Below are some tips for completing the waiver:

1. Complete the waiver using a computer instead of a phone

2. Make sure the parent completes the waiver using the email address that is linked to the player’s account

3. Make sure the parent’s profile has the correct birth year so the waiver knows the parent is older than 18

4. Parents need to go all the way to complete the check-out of the waiver even though its free

5. You essentially have to “purchase” the waiver

6. If the waiver says you must complete ITC then please go to the ITC Information section under your profile and check off the box that says "This information is up to date" 

7. If you are still having issues please submit a support ticket through GotSport. 

You may also print the waiver, sign it and bring it with you to the event. Please hand it in to someone at the S3 desk.
