S3 is excited to announce the 2025 BE Empowered Girls Holiday Camp Schedule. S3 remains committed to offering 1 day camps for girls focused on player development, confidence, and empowering young women. Our all female staff provide an outstanding learning environment all while instructing the young athletes to be the best version of themselves.
​BE Empowered camps are open to any and all Girls U8-U14 ​​
Camps will be held at United Sports.

8:40am Registration
9:00-9:10am Introduction
9:10-9:30am Warm Up
9:35-10:10am Training Session 1
10:15-10:50am Training Session 2
10:50am-11:10am Snack Break
11:15am- 11:40am Technical/Finishing Game (Whole group)
11:45am-12:25pm Small Sided Games
12:30-1pm Question and Answer with Coaches (Players and Parents welcome)
