1. Host / Home team should confirm game schedule the Thursday prior to the game.

2. Contact Info: (1) Click on the Public Page Schedule (2) Click the Gender, then the Schedule for the appropriate Age / Division. (3) Scroll to the date of the game and click on opponent. (4) Click on View Team Contact Information.

3. Host / Home team should confirm referee assignments.

4. Home team as listed on the schedule is responsible for providing the Game Report Card to the referee.

5. Build your Match Day Roster (for teams using club pass players and to appear on the Match Card)

6. Printing Match Card: (1) Log into your GotSport account (www.system.gotsport.com) (2) From your Dashboard, Select "Team Management". (3) On the Left select "Matches". (4) On the Right Select "Print Match Card". (5) Once the window pops up you will select "Standard" and click "Export" and "Photo" and click "Export". Bring both to the game.

7. Referee Fees are split by both teams and paid prior to the match.

8. Teams verify in each player with the official roster / photos against the Match Card Roster.

9. At the conclusion of the game, the HOME TEAM MUST get the Match Card from the Referee. Home team is responsible for entering and uploading the score, cautions and ejections: (1) Log into your GotSport account (www.system.gotsport.com) (2) From your Dashboard, Select "Team Management". (3) On the Left select "Matches". (4) On the Right Click "View Score". (5) Once the window pops up you will enter the score under the correct team and click "Choose File" and upload the Match Card / Game Sheet. Once complete click "Save".

We will allow for secondary passes as long as those teams understand the player must play with the Primary team if there is a conflict. We are allowing the “club” pass in which any player in your club, age appropriate, can play for your team.

The APL is an Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer (EPYS / US Youth Soccer) sanctioned league.

• For all U8, 9 & U10 (7v7) cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 12.

• For all U11 & U12 (9v9) cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 16.

• For U13-U19 cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 22 with a game roster of 18 maximum.

The goal of this league is to make it convenient and flexible for all teams. We will do our best to schedule at neutral sites and schedule for doubleheaders when possible.

Yes, the APL Acela allows bio-banding of players that are late developers. This must be approved by the league director prior to participating in the game. These instances should be used for the true develop of the player and not for chasing wins.
