Weather Policy:  In the event of inclement weather, Sideline Soccer Solutions reserves the right to alter schedules, fields, and playing times, and/or cancel any or all games impacted by weather conditions to maintain safe play conditions and/or keep on time. 

Refund Policy: Only teams selecting to purchase the optional Event Cancellation Insurance will be entitled to a monetary refund in the event of a full or partial tournament cancellation. Any team not electing to purchase the optional event cancellation insurance (through the gotsport platform) will not receive a monetary refund and may be eligible for a CREDIT of a up to 50% of tournament entry fee due to cancellation.   Should a team receive a credit due to cancellation, it must be used for another S3 event  by November 30th, 2025.
